The symposium will share the international as well as the United Stated of America’s approaches and processes on food additive safety assessment, risk communication, harmonization and partnership in regulatory development, as well as technical barriers to trade in relation to food additives. The objective of the symposium is to facilitate knowledge sharing on the scientific development of food additives in Taiwan.
