Many lifestyle factors affect health, well-being, and quality of life. In addition to focusing on the role good nutrition plays in promoting health, ILSI has long sought to better document the positive effect physical activity has on health, whether it comes in the form of maintaining appropriate levels of activity or in engaging purposeful exercise.
