Risk Analysis

The work committees of ILSI Mesoamerica are the spaces in which academia, governments, and industry establish joint work opportunities and develop activities for the region.

This committee held its first session of work on March 12, 2014, at the facilities of the National Center for Food Science and Technology (CITA) of the University of Costa Rica.

The decision is made to work on three major themes:

Risk analysis applied to different environments.
