The National Center for Food Science and Technology of the University of Costa Rica and the Committee of Nutrition and Food Technology of ILSI Mesoamerica are pleased to invite you to the Symposium on Functional Foods, entitled Analysis and Determination of Health Effects.

This will take place on Friday October 26, 2018 in the Continuing Education Auditorium of the University of Costa Rica, this is located in the City of Research.

The investment is $40 USD, and includes the complete food and attendance certificate. For people outside Costa Rica the option will be opened via streaming with a cost of $10 USD and includes the attendance certificate.
