The University of San Carlos of Guatemala through its Institute of Chemical and Biological Research (IIQB) will organize the symposium called "Health and Food Safety: malnutrition in Guatemalan children".
The activity will be carried out in the Auditorium of CALUSAC of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala in Antigua, Guatemala and in order to commemorate the World Food Day. ILSI Mesoamerica will be represented by Dr. María Eugenia Villalobos, Head of the Research and Development Unit of the CEN-CINAI Program, Ministry of Health.
