The ILSI Europe explores relationships between nutrition and neurogenesis, cognitive maintenance and understanding of cognitive decline.
Technological and systemic innovation together can improve the quality of life of elderly people and create new opportunities for scientific research. Accordingly, ILSI Europe’s Nutrition and Mental Performance Task Force will conduct activities that improve our understanding of the effects of diet and food components on mental performance.
