Sumida TAKE10! Improves Quality of Life in the Elderly

ILSI Japan adapted ILSI Research Foundation’s TAKE10! school-based nutrition and physical activity program to the needs of elderly residents of retirement homes and other communal-dwelling facilities. It is known as Sumida TAKE10! A 2016 publication in Japanese Journal of Public Health confirmed pre-trial studies showing Sumida TAKE10! improves:
