Summary of the Event
ILSI Taiwan held the International Symposium on Health/Function Claims of Foods with Focus on Nutrient Function Claims on July 15, 2016. International experts from ILSI Japan, ILSI Korea and ILSI Southeast Asia Region were invited to speak on their regulation system in functional claims. The purpose of this international symposium is to share and learn the international experience and knowledge on Health/Function Claims with all stakeholders in Taiwan. Nearly two hundred participants, with representatives from academia, industry, government, and the general public have attended the half-day symposium.
