Symposium on Safety Assessment in Agricultural and Food Biotechnology
Event
Dr. Andrew Roberts from ILSI Research Foundation shared the principle of food assessment for the products of agricultural biotechnology, providing history and setting the context. Dr. Wen-Shen Chu of Taiwan Food Industry Research and Development Institute also introduced the regulation and safety assessment for Genetically Modified Foods and Feeds in Taiwan.
