Summary of the Event

The symposium featured experts from China, Japan, New Zealand, the European Union, the United States, and locally, who were speaking on updates in standard development, implementation, and enforcement, as well as other best practices related to processing aid substances.
The objective of the symposium was to share the international knowledge and experiences with local stakeholders for future strategic development of food safety in Taiwan.
