ILSI is a global network of scientists from the public and private sectors whose scope of action is to work together to provide science that improves public health and human well-being, in addition to safeguarding the environment.

ILSI Mesoamerica aims to promote a space for dialogue and scientific exchange between academics, the government and the industry of territories in Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. It also sponsors and supports research, meetings, publications and seminars that seek solutions to problems involving public health.
